The tutoring sessions will be conducted at the students home, with the tutor coming to you. Currently our in person tutors are only in Exmouth, however we can also provide online tutoring and small group tutoring sessions.

Yes, at Vitalise the Mind Education, we don't want your location to hinder your child's learning. We have state of the art online tutoring software allowing us to provide your child with comprehensive and engaging online tutoring. We also provide small group sessions which is a great option at a cheaper price than 1:1 tutoring.

Payments are made in a hassle free and convenient way.

Your card will be charged after the session has been completed. Charges are processed every fortnight on a Monday for the previous two week billing cycle. This means you will only get charged for the sessions that have been completed and you don't have to spend your valuable time transferring money or sorting out cash.

Every parent or student is given a personal account with Vitalise the Mind Education. In this account, you can see both past and upcoming sessions on a calendar. It allows you to update your contact information, access your tutor's contact details, and review tutor notes from your sessions. Additionally, you can check your payment invoices, update payment information, and much more. 

You'll receive a welcome email upon registration. Please follow the instructions in the email to create your password. If you ever forget your password, simply click this link to reset it. 

Your child's tutoring sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long. We recommend 60-minute sessions to give the learner ample time to reach a focused state. 

Absolutely, you are welcome to provide feedback about your tutor. We highly value and encourage your input, as it plays a crucial role in enhancing and refining our services.
