Where will the in person tutoring sessions take place, and does the tutor travel to my location?
The tutoring sessions will be conducted at the students home, with the tutor coming to you. Currently our in person tutors are only in Exmouth, however we can also provide online tutoring and small group tutoring sessions.
Do you provide online tutoring?
Yes, at Vitalise the Mind Education, we don't want your location to hinder your child's learning. We have state of the art online tutoring software allowing us to provide your child with comprehensive and engaging online tutoring. We also provide small group sessions which is a great option at a cheaper price than 1:1 tutoring.
How do I pay for the sessions?
Payments are made in a hassle free and convenient way.
Charges are processed to your nominated card, every fortnight on a Monday, for the previous two week billing cycle. This means you will only get charged for the sessions that have been completed and you don't have to spend your valuable time transferring money or sorting out cash.
Are my credit card details secure in your system?

Will I have my own account? What features does it have?
Every parent or student is given a personal account with Vitalise the Mind Education. In this account, you can see both past and upcoming sessions on a calendar. It allows you to update your contact information, access your tutor's contact details, and review tutor notes from your sessions. Additionally, you can check your payment invoices, update payment information, and much more.
How do I create a login for my account? How do I change my password?
You'll receive a welcome email upon registration. Please follow the instructions in the email to create your password. If you ever forget your password, simply click this link to reset it.
How long are the sessions?
Your child's tutoring sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long. We recommend 60-minute sessions to give the learner ample time to reach a focused state.
Can I provide feedback about my tutor?
Absolutely, you are welcome to provide feedback about your tutor. We highly value and encourage your input, as it plays a crucial role in enhancing and refining our services.
